... forget about all the stress that I had, and start to feel good. When I’m done, my body feels tight and sore, but my mind is at ease. Weight lifting has also increased my size and strength. Over the past 3 months I’ve noticed that my body is getting bigger and I’m able to lift more weight than when I first started. To increase my strength, I did a moderate amount of weight and did four sets of ten. There was just enough weight on to what I call, “feel the burn.” To increase the mass of my body, I finish my workout with a protein drink that heals the muscles quicker and rebuilds them faster. When lifting weights I have noticed that my energy level has gone up and I’m not as exhausted when I do any physical activity. When looking in the mirror, I can start to see results with my body. Muscles are toning up, arms, chest and legs are getting bigger. It makes me feel good to see that my hard work is paying off.
