Don’t start to finding a job until you lose the one you have, try to maintain two or several jobs at the same time, then you will never be a crying baby while you lost you job. Secondly, change job can show the one’s true value. Some people leave their company not because they are fried, in fact, they fried their boss. These people feel they can’t stay in the current position as the job is lack of challenge or ill-paid. Both situation will decrease the moral of people, force them find a new company to work for or start their own business. However, those people who change their job should have a clear evaluation of themselves, avoid looking themselves too high.
