Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic. One good thing about Ibuprofen is that it only requires the user to take only one tablet for every four hours, unlike aspirin’s two. While there might be gastric discomfort from ibuprofen, there is not as severe risk such as Aspirins. Ibuprofen, like acetaminophen also thins the blood and can cause kidney damage. However, recent studies show that taking Ibuprofen can prevent developing symptoms of Alzheimer’s.
