...as able to catch the attention of 7 out of the 12 students instantly. The other 5 reacted a little bit slower. All 5 said that they were unable to see the image clearly because of the size. Also, I received feedback from 3 out of the 12 students that there was too much writing on the poster and due to this it took too long to understand the message. In addition, I received feedback from 10 out of the 12 students that I should incorporate more images, especially smaller images to aid my main image. The other 2 said the one large image was sufficient. Out of the 12 students 11 received the message I was trying to convey with the campaign, which was a valuable boost for me because I was able to focus on their other feedback more. I know that because, for the most part, they understood the message as I intended it, I will be able to better my campaign by focusing on the attention grabbers and the small details they suggested. I gathered valuable feedback by showing my campaign to a select number of my target audience. I feel that this will help me better my campaign, especially because I intend to apply their recommendations to my campaign. I was successful in getting into their mind in order to make them experience a preview of the cognitive dissonance they will have if they take advantage of their freedom. Having an image that they could all relate to was a strong point of my campaign. This helped pull them in right away. I plan on adding a few smaller pictures to aid my larger picture, in reply to the feedback I received, because I feel that this will help more students understand my message. Also, a few of the students said that there was too much writing on the poster. In response to this suggestion, I will try and consolidate some of the writing into key terms that will still reveal my message, but allow less reading.
