Last September, the GMW User group – our new panel of customers who tell us what we’re doing right (and wrong!) – met for the first time aboard ‘the Salient’ for a cruise on the Thames. The User Group provided us with valuable feedback on functionality issues, service and training. We used this feedback to develop our latest software release – System4Sales M2 version 1.19. After final development it will be tested by our User Group and then released. It will deliver some significant new functionality to your desktop, including: • Save property details in PDF format and enclose them in your emails to applicants • Batch matching has been simplified to improve productivity • Save emails as part of your GMW system, rather than keep a separate record in your email system • Better synchronisation (or ’sharing information across the company’ to you and me) • New reports summarising any new changes to your properties such as price or status changes Our next User Group will take place in spring. Again we’ll listen to comments to provide you with the best software possible.
