Abortion
...e parent. The rest of the percentages were from bad health of the fetus, health of the mother, and rape or incest. The US News also asked some ladies who have had abortions if they would share how they felt afterwards. Some of them felt a deep relief and for others it was devastating. This is how inconsiderate some people are, one lady has had nine abortions because she believes as killing a child as another form of birth control. What is happening to our society? Women who are under the age of twenty-five represent sixty percent of the abortions yearly. Being pregnant can be painful and a lot of teenagers, students, and women beginning their careers sometimes do not have time for a child. Out of all the women who acquire abortions fifty percent of them are unsatisfied with their relationship among the father. One of the few problems with not having abortion is that according to Newsweek did a study on other countries that did not allow and this is what they said, “Romania under Ceausescu, where abortion was forbidden yet children were abandoned in record numbers.” (Quindlen) This would be the only draw back, but I still believe there would be a lot more children alive if abortion was illegal. The good thing about so many people being against abortion is that a lot of places are no longer teaching abortion. The federal and state government have been encouraging states to pass more limitations against abortion. In accumulation, four justices have signaled their willingness to reverse the milestone ruling itself. If this doesn’t persuade you to be against abortion then here is another item. The American Medical Association authorized a representation law approving abortion to protect the mother’s life and health, including mental health, and in cases of rape, incest, and fetal abnormality. Here are some alternatives to adoption some I agree with, others I do not. You could have the child,...
