...). 1.5 Options, Additions and Changes to Services (a) As part of a Service Order, the Customer may specify certain options or amendments in order to increase or alter the proposed Service. If Intelsat agrees to these Options, they shall be included in the Service Contract (the Options). The Customer may exercise any such Options during the Term, subject to availability, by providing Intelsat with reasonable written notice of its wish to do so, and by submitting a change order. As well as increased Service Charges, the exercise of these Options will attract a one-time change fee, and may attract additional set up charges: (i) increase of bandwidth on the downlink and/or uplink channel; (ii) additional features such as Throughput Enhancement; (iii) converting the Service to, or modifying, Shared User Group combinations; (iv) moving bandwidth from one existing Service Location to another existing Service Location, always provided that the total Bandwidth provided under that Service does not decrease, and subject also to connectivity and technical feasibility; or (v) adding bandwidth to a new Service Location and/or moving bandwidth from a Service Location to a new Service Location, provided that the new Service Location and any Customer Equipment are already specified in the Service Contract, and always provided that the total bandwidth provided for that Service does not decrease, and subject also to connectivity and technical feasibility. (b) The following options may be requested by a Customer during the Term of a Service but will require a new Service Order. Any such options will be provided at Intelsat’s sole discretion, and always subject to connectivity and technical feasibility and agreement on any additional charges. As well as increased Service Charges, these options and amendments will attract a change fee, and may attract additional set up charges: (i) any of the Options in paragraph (a) above which have not been specified in the Service Contract; (ii) new or altered Service Locations; (iii) additional bandwidth not specified in the original Service Contract; (iv) moving bandwidth from an existing Service Location to a new Service Location not contemplated in the Service Contract; (v) new features and options; (vi) any Service change request that requires the Customer to install new Customer Equipment. 1.6 Installation and SCD (a) The SCD is dependent on Intelsat’s ability to procure, construct and maintain any equipment or facilities necessary to provide a Service as specified in that Service Contract (the Installation).
