...nderstand what role a baby plays in a family. A family without baby is not complete just like a piano without cords, a poem without meaning, a song without ups and downs in tones. We lack nothing but a baby who will be around us as others do. Mom once told me not to forget to bring her a grand-child. At first I take it for nonsense, never realize the actual importance of a baby to a family. Love gives rise to marriage, then marriage brings about result, that is to say, child. Until the birth of a new life a union is ultimately established between parents whose connection now seems even more solid and wonderful. So I talk with Linda of this long-standing issue existing between us. She in fact is very kind as I mention her personality in the above chapter and she wants to become mother, a proud mother. We make up our mind to bring a baby to our life. Next month Linda is pregnant and she is happy to the dead. So am I. One question from time to time circles my mind : I am a father now.
