The property is zoned as PVD-C, which works for this particular project. The property has very easy access, being right off I-94 and Hwy 75, and already has the curbs and gutter ready for development. Also, the land is fairly flat and dry. One of the things that I did run into a s a constraint is that Mc. Donald’s has somehow added a deed restriction so that no more of 25% of out profits may come from hamburger sales (which will be no problem for us).
