In addition, the Internet and the WWW are also known as a successful, rapidly growing, digital library that provides new practical knowledge for students, learners as well as lecturers. Because information is available from any computer connected to the Internet, easily found with large amount of potential one, so, exchanging information, sharing experiences or research is also faster and more effective than ever before. Thus, both interpersonal and international communications are improved, go beyond human imaginations. Over and above, the Internet and the WWW bring people all around the world together, help to contribute for people¡¦s perception of reality. For example, when Kosovo war has happened, more than 4,000 websites were made in a few weeks to financially support the Albanian refugees. In this case, the Internet has changed people¡¦s unmindful attitudes to conscious ones. The Internet - the WWW is also efficient tool in up dating news from around the world, tells people what is really happening outside, in different parts of the world, without lying. Not only that, the Internet and the WWW also build-up cultural knowledge, as people of different cultures in different countries can understand each others easily. Because the world is going globalization, so it is a fantastic way of developing international communication. On the other hand, the Internet and the WWW are the new technologies which come with all the consequences. The first major disadvantage of the Internet and the WWW is lack of security. The Internet is shared with multiple computers linked, so one of the main disadvantages of shared network is unsecured. Important information such as passwords, credit cards¡¦ number, and bank accounts¡¦ PIN number, copyright materials¡K sent over the Internet might be hacked, stolen. Because E-Commerce means equally there is plenty of opportunity for fraud and theft. So, Internet users run a risk losing a large amount of money, data and privacy. Besides, computers are threatened of getting viruses from the Internet. Some dangerous viruses can damage the computer, destroy all the entire hard drive; thus, the user may no longer access his or her computer. Internet security is a big acute issue that we have to face when communicating on the net today. That is why many people still prefer face-to-face communication, which is more traditional and trustworthy, in comparison. One more chief disadvantage of the Internet and the WWW is privacy issue. Electronic messages sent over the Internet can be snooped and tracked. The collecting, selling, or sharing of the information that users provide online might fall into the wrong hands of the third party. Therefore, privacy of users is not protected and can lead to serious consequences. In addition, almost e-mails sent are made of spam; which is very annoying to Internet users. The Internet - the WWW is the greatest searching tool; however, it is very difficult for researchers to find relevant information on the net with several thousand websites continuously being added each week. Because there is no data-quality control department and information can be easily overloaded. Furthermore, using data and information from the Internet without consciousness or carefulness, copyright issues is easy to get caught. Internet will be a two-edge sword for young people, if it is misused. Either the Internet or the WWW is intangible and has no convention.
