... First we must take immediate actions to prevent chemicals and bacteria from mixing with our clean water. This idea was derived from a trip that I took to Kaoshiung last week. Upon arrival , the taste of water to drink should have been bitter! Later on according to the TV news , I realized that millions of residents in the Kaoshiung were suffering this bitterness because a few local factories had dumped chemicals at radom , and polluted the major rivers that supply clean water. Although the Municipal Goverment has done everything they could to restore the normal supply of water , serious damages and harwms have irreversiblely been done! The next thing after saving water from pollution is to conserve it .
