... responsible task. My choice to transfer to AUBG is clear and credible. AUBG is a university with mixed Bulgarian-American relations. American culture meets Bulgarian culture and I get the best out of it. Because being a leader involves so much culture it is very important to know the other people’s culture and behavior, to predict how they will react. I faced the American culture, customs and ideas. I have worked with American professors from whom I learnt a lot, but I would like to work with Ameican professors who have lived in another country and have seen other cultures and I am possitive that AUBG can provide me with this opportunity. Another reason for my decision is my desire to persue a career in my country – Bulgaria, to contribute for a faster democratic transition, but at the same time getting a professional world recognised education such as in AUBG.
