...ame easily. He won because he had an opponent, and he wanted to prove that he was the best. He thought about how they were both ordinary men out of work going to the bar to have a drink. He is curious how games turn out, when ordinary men meet and have a shot race in any bar they met in. Yet he would always help a man reach the top or his full potential. The poem tells a story of the poet killing a man. Two men met in a bar where one man killed the other, and he looked back thinking the man was just like him and was curious about war. The poet is curios on why this events took place and I they could’ve happened any where. He is directly speaking to the reader to show what had happened in the bar. The poet is serious and can be trusted. It sounds like he is confused and seeking answers about what had happened. The form of the poem relates to the drinking game where there is 5 rounds of 4 shots how I know this I don’t know. The events in the poem are developed chronologically and the poem circles back to the beginning. If the two men would’ve have met in any bar would this had happened. There are four sentences in the poem again being coherent with the shot taken in each round of the drinking game. The sentences are mostly simple except for one where the poet tries to guide the actual meaning of the poem. The structure of the sentences is noun verb, not verb noun. The punctuation in the poem is pretty normal; the poet uses commas to point out important aspects of the poem and makes sure the rhythm of the poem is the same throughout.
