When she was thirty-three years old she went to Crouse School of Nursing in Syracuse New York to receive her associates of science in nursing degree and complete her dream of becoming a registered nurse. She maintained a 3.7 grade point average at Crouse School of Nursing while supporting herself and two sons by cleaning houses three days a week and by serving as hostess at Borios restaurant in Cicero New York on weekends. In addition to her persistence she is also hardworking. She works from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am three days a week and from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am on weekends on the medicine and surgery floor of University Hospital in Syracuse New York. After only four or five hours of sleep, she wakes up to help our six year old son with his reading assignments, our fourteen year old son with project lead the way assignments and our sixteen year old son with his global history homework. Furthermore, everyday except Wednesday, she makes dinner for our family, cleans the kitchen and then prepares the next days lunches of sandwiches, fruit and a snack for our sons. Then every Monday night from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm she takes on-line courses for continuing education credits to sustain her license as a registered nurse. Most of all is her generosity.
