Leading is the process of influencing staff members to enlist in work behaviour and also to work harder for the purpose of reaching organisational goals. It includes communication with personnel, outlining and providing direction and also helping to and motivating organisation members. Controlling is the function that takes care about organisational activities so that performance is up to expected standards and goals. Managers monitor ongoing activities, compare results with expected standards and if needed, take any actions to correct them. I am the member of organisation called ‘Society of Young Students’ and we sometimes organise parties, sport activities and similar. Everybody give ides how could next activity look like. After everybody agree on, our group leader, manager, plans how much money will be spent on food, drinks and other necessities , on what allocation it will take place and who will be involved. Then she organises group members to do certain jobs, such as the renting and decorating the hall, buying and preparing the food and sending the invitations.
