...me Display will display summary of cummlative of " line stop time " of all post 4. System Restart System is going to restart when: 1. Time has passed Tact Time 2. Vehicle is moved and sensor is activated Push Button Located 2 units at each post Push button is used if worker have problem with installation, by conditions: 1. If estimated remaining working time > remaining Tact Time a. Worker at the problem post will push button, b. Yellow rotary lamp will turn ON only at the problem post By conditions: If problem has been solved before Tact Time, a. Worker push button again to turn OFF the Yellow rotary lamp 2. If actual working time > Tact Time By conditions: If problem is continue and working time passes Tact Time, a. Yellow rotary lamp still turn ON b. Red rotary lamp will turn ON (Line Stop condition) at all post c. Line Stop time display at the problem post will show cummulative Line Stop time (Each post have time display to show total line stop time in each post) If problem is solved and vehicle is moved to next post a. Yellow & Red rotary lamp will turn OFF b. Line Stop time counter stop to count display latest cummulative Line Stop time c. Push button to release line stop condition Main consideration of design : Hanging position to ease operator to reach the button Controller The Tact Time can be adjusted by using the controller panel Time setting consist of Minutes and Second Controller Panel botton consist of : 1. G - for Tact Time 2. Y - for remaining time alert 3. Pause Botton - To freeze the time countdown (time will continue to count down when pause botton is pressed again) - At paused condition, segment in Main Display is still glowing at latest condition 4. Time display reset botton - To reset all Time Display at post and Total Line Stop Time Display Main consideration of design : Time adjuster is only can be adjust by person in charge (using key switch) Main Display Located at Final Post Consist of 5 (five) segments : 1. "A" , "B", "C", "D" a. This segment is glowing when system start b. This segment is stop glowing when time has pass Tact Time before remaining time (T/T - Remaining Alert time) c. This segment is still keep glowing when paused botton is pressed 2. "E" a. This segment is glowing when time has reach remaining alert time b. This segment is stop glowing when time has passed Tact Time c. This segment is still keep glowing when paused botton is pressed Main consideration of design : Dimension & Visualization of Main display to ease all operator of all post to see Light intensity of lamp Melody Sirene Located at Final Post Consist of 2 melody sirene 1. Melody sirene 1 is activated if Segment "E" at Main Display is glowing 2. Melody sirene 2 is activated if time has passes Tact Time All melody sirene not active when Pause Botton is pressed Main consideration of design : Loudness of melody sirene can be adjust to fit with enviroment condition Line Stop Time Display Located at each post to show : 1. Line Stop Time at latest line stop condition 2.
