Fiorina had to be a stern leader to make the necessary changes to bring Hewlett Packard out of its slump. The management changes she made proved beneficial for the company. The article was eloquently written and addressed the subject from various view points. For example, the author interviewed and quoted executives at the company who were both in favor of Fiorina’s reign and against.
