It was said that, after entering this team, the listed enterprises will renew their developing patterns, take part in the government reorganization to get more favorable terms and compete with the foreign enterprises after these listed companies become more powerful. It is obvious that the competition between the domestic retail enterprises and the foreign ones will be sharper. The doubts that whether the Chinese retail trade will be controlled by foreign companies or not and whether the domestic-owned retail enterprises will be run down or not catch the experts¡¯ eye again. Our opinion is that Chinese retail enterprises will not be knocked down by the foreign-owned ones. Strategies: Creating "the aircraft carrier of the retail trade" in China, to 20 business enterprises, should take action quickly as follows: Make clear the business enterprise strategic fixed position afresh and work out development strategic programming more explicitly.
