...re always cruel,never cherishing other people's life,when being caught doing bad deeds,they will be probably out of ration and hurt others.Under this situation,a policeman without a gun is in danger himself,not to mention protecting other people.Besides,with the wide use of guns in many criminals,leaving the police unarmed is definitely dangerous and somehow lack of responsibility.
