...factory. After witnessing the brutal killings of many Jews, Oskar really questions what they are accomplishing there. He then began to turn is factory into a refuge for Jews. Instead of being forced to go to a concentration camp they are able to work in his factory that acts as a safe-haven. In the end his factory was able to save over 1,100 Jews. Schindler may be forgotten, but I will never forget his contribution to the saving of life. This film truly gave me a punch in the stomach with its fantastic portrayal of the deaths of the Jews in Poland.
