"Leadership Qualities I Would Change"
... I have to pay attention to my peers and utilize their advice, or at least take their views in to perspective. I think that is very important. I work at Outback Steakhouse, as a hostess. It gets pretty busy in there on the weekends, so I take charge and instruct my coworkers to complete different jobs. I get really stressed out when things start to get crazy. There has to be a system when you work. Everybody has a job, a responsibility that they must take care of. When I am the person in charge I set up my own system. While I make sure everything runs smoothly, one hostess should ask for names, another takes the guests to their table, and the last hostess should roll silverware. Sometimes this doesn’t get done, but if I could listen to other peoples opinions about what they want to do then maybe it could improve my leadership skills I teach kindergarten Sunday school at my church, and I was in a kindergarten classroom for three weeks. I am involved with these activities because I want to learn how it might be to become a kindergarten teacher.
