... color classification systems, and personal experiences to help identify just what the real story was and what really went on, not just what we see portrayed. Two Flags through the media does not allow us to see the full portrayal of just what goes on in war, or whatever else is portrayed. Through the example of the Lantanian daily newspaper leaking unaccustomed material; some being photographs of the Gunduwian capital and images of Gunduwian children groomed with laughing eyes we are only understanding just what the newspapers say and not behind the scenes like the character in this story Bertrando displays and explains (Levi 408). Not only do the media tell him and the other children what to believe, but along those lines of following and not leading they are learning the same concepts from their parents and peers. Growing up hating fellow countries and your neighbors only passes down from generation to generation and again follows the concept of allegory. They are taking little bits and pieces that they are learning from whomever and putting them to use in their everyday lives.
