What is wrong with the idea of submitting an essay to get one?

Well what is that that made them compelled to make me right an essay so I could read what some other idiot though about a poem. I don’t really know and I don’t really care. I find myself tying nonsense though to get a glimpse of some John Keats poem. By the way, can someone please explain "When I have fears" to me.
