The Mayan one, however, keeps talking about the watery darkness to the point where it is beating it to the ground. They say that nothing existed in about 10 different ways. We get it. In the Indian one they ask “Who knows and who can say whence it all came, and how creation happened? The gods themselves are later than creation, so who knows truly whence it has arisen?” Once again, they make a really good point, saying that no one can ever really be sure how creation came to be since no one was really “there“.
