Pornographic material doesn’t have to involve intercourse. For instance- A man flopping his penis in a woman’s face then ejaculating in her mouth is pornographic material. On the other hand, A man and women laying together nude is not pornographic . It is simply the art of nudity. For clothes are simply a social convention.
