The juveniles learn all the violation and crime from one place, the society and they should not be punished for that. There are many juveniles in the America who has a unique talent in them and giving that same juvenile a death penalty, is like saying “NO” to show their talent for no reason. Many children learn about crime from movie and the atmosphere around them which could lead them to make the mistake of killing a person. This is most important reason why juveniles should not be punished to death; because of a bad influence around them instead they should be treated mentally.
