... straight-forward without much creativity. When deciding on how to go about presenting our material we could not come up with much. Through sitting silently, I decided to make a suggestion as a question to make it seem less as the way it should be done and more as just a mere suggestion. This cut back on our storming process considerably. Our norming stage was not needed as everyone knew how to behave in a group. We also came to a complete consensus as everyone agreed although there wasn’t much variation to the original idea. The overall environment of the group was pleasant. We had no problems arise during the process. We had complete equal participation as no one had more work than anyone else.
