A Summer in Ardmore

I was walking into walking into my room when I noticed my friend from school Nick McPherson so I asked him what room number he had, and as luck would have it, it was the same as mine. Later the day as the audition were being held I practiced me piece until it was my turn. I approached the dreadful door to the judges of the audition music and strapped on my drum and started playing. I was relieved, and returned to my room for the night. I finally met my roommates: Nick, Taylor, and Hunter. Although Hunter, Nick, and I were snares and Taylor was a tenor we all got along and quickly became friends. The next morning one of the instructors gave us a wake up call, the kind that involved a large drum and loud noises. We rushed up to the main lodging building for breakfast and then awaited our scores. The instructors warned us only a selected few were going to be in the A/B lines, so he said that if someone made the C/D lines not to worry. One instructor started to read the A line role sheet.
