... they become the leaders.It is the leaders who motivate the other people and make them aware of their strengths. However a leader alone cannot get the desired result and he needs lot of people to follow him in attaining the goal. A significant change can happen only if all the people in the country or region agree to bring the change and act accordingly. The leader is the guide who leads these people to obtain victory. The success of the leader depends on his followers, who acted in the right way to get the desired results. Whenever we speak of great people we must remember that they were made greatby their followers and they too deserve the same respect. We have many examples in the history like the French revolution, the English revolution, the Civil war in America, where common people, who are motivated by their leaders achieved the goals. We also have benevolent people like Mother Theresa who worked for the cause of poor and dying destitutes and along with her are hundreds of sisters, that shared her work and supported her cause. Till now we spoke only about the benign leaders and their achievements,on the otherhand if we recollect the malicious events that happened in the past, it is mostly because of a tyrant or a dictator who compelled his men to follow his orders and it is this leader who deserves most of the blame and accusations.
