[1] What is your analysis of process fruit operation at Receiving plant #1? - Discussion of cooperative and berry arrival patterns NCC (National Cranberry Cooperative) was an organization formed and owned by growers of cranberries to process and market their berries. It covered the operations in all the principal growing areas of North America. The growers were able to regulate and control the crop size, whenever they had a serious situation, if a certain number of the growers agree (Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act). It happened in 1968, and again in 1970. One of the important trends from the mid 30¡¯s to the 70¡¯s was the growing surplus of cranberries produced over those utilized.
