Remove the Ball stopper plate being sure not to lose the ball stopper itself. 5. Unscrew the barrel from the marker and place aside. 6. Remove the screw keeping the sight rail on the body of the marker. 7. Clean each individual part (ball stopper, barrel, and sight rail) by using a dry clean rag and wiping them until no dirt or paint is visible. This includes all of the screws. 8. Place all of the pieces removed from the marker to the side. Cleaning the internal parts of the marker 1. Remove the two screws keeping the handle attached to the marker. 2. Remove the handle and set to the side. Caution! It is recommended that the next two instructions be read before they are preformed! 3. While holding the velocity adjuster in place, remove the two screws on either side of it. 4. SLOWLY remove the velocity adjuster being careful not to lose the striker pin, spring, and velocity adjuster. 5. Unscrew the cocking screw. 6. Pull out the striker and the bolt assembly from the marker. Note: The rubber stopper and bolt backing will come out when this procedure is done. 7. Clean the striker and bolt with a clean rag. 8. Oil all of the O-rings on the bolt and striker. Two or Three drops on each O-ring is a good amount. 9. Clean all of the internal pieces again to insure no rust will develop. 10. Wipe the entire marker again, inside and out, to insure that no rust or dirt will develop. Putting the internal parts back together 1. Connect the striker and the bolt together by placing the rod sticking out of the bolt into the hole inside the striker. 2. Slide the newly cleaned bolt and striker into the marker making sure that the striker’s O-ring side goes inside first. 3. Screw on the cocking screw. 4. Insert the rubber stopper in the bottom portion of the marker. 5. Slide the spring through the hole in the rubber stopper. 6. Slide the striker pin through the...
