During that time, President Paul von Hindenburg appointed Hitler as Chancellor of Germany, opening a door to Hitler’s plans. When Hindenburg in the following year, Hitler immediately became dictator of Germany. Some of his power came from selling his book, Mein Kampf, which skyrocketed sales, making him a rich man. One of the actions that Hitler did against the Jews was passing the Nuremburg Laws which classified them as German “subjects.” The only thing Hitler thought about on the outcome of the war was the “extermination of the Jews.” He had millions of not only Jews but Polish, Gypsies, and other die in concentration camps by burning them to death, gassed, or shot.
