In these cases, it is the norm for the male to take the female on a date, many times dinner and then a movie afterward. The male is also expected to foot the bill of these outings. In the home, many times the male is the working head of the family, while the female either stays at home completely, or works minimally and spends much of here time to child rearing. On campus, many of the roles are the same as those in television and home life; such as opening the door, courtship, and generally any other interactions. I also think that we as a society could reverse these roles, as we have talked about in class....
