As the video continued, and Lady Macbeth was to become depressed, insane, and suicidal, Annis’ acting did not falter. The actor that played King Duncan, Nicholas Selby, was exactly as pictured by this viewer. His acting portrayed a powerful king whose morals included justice and nobility. At the conclusion of the film, the duel between Macbeth and Macduff was particularly exciting. What is more, the costuming was also done well. Each actor had a unique costume that was very realistic.
