Keep is simple means “ Avoid unnecessary embellishments or fancy borders, irrelevant text or unrelated illustrations, and the use of overpowering colors or special effects. ”(parsons,1998 p.48) To keep my card simple I did not use many colors, I also avoid irrelevant text. Avoid Static Balance: In my business card I tried to avoid static balance. “The readers eye must be kept moving around the page”. (parsons,1998 p.48) That’s why I avoid too mush regularity by placing my text in different places as well as I used plenty of white spaces. I put my word mark to the top left hand corner and I also put my name under this word mark which is makes unequal balance in my business card. I put my address in the right bottom corner. So, all this thing keep moving of my audience eye all over the page. So, my card avoids the static balance. 5. Increase contrast: Contrast means different. In many ways contrast can be created. It can be larger type with small type, a sans with sans serif, a cool color with warm color, a small graphics with small graphics.
