...elp for people as part of my profession I could treat them with care and respect. Strength of character is very important in any profession. But I believe it is especially important in nursing. Nursing is the kind of profession, where you put others in front of yourself and make sure that their needs are met and they are well taken care of. I have been doing that with my loved ones all my life and I would love to continue doing that with other people. I believe that nursing as a career and strength of character go hand in hand with each other. The desire to help others also fits right in with the above two. One of my recent experiences taught me that strength of character is a great accomplishment. During this experience I learned to stay strong for others and myself. I found the strength in myself not only to keep my friends and myself calm, but also to look after others that needed more help than I did. I have made many steps in order to make accommodation to prepare for the nursing program. During my college experience I made sure that I learn to handle a lot of hard work, challenging courses, as well as expand my education to different fields. I took difficult classes and tough professors just to make sure that I will be able to handle the load in a difficult graduate program.
