As story continues on, she started to see things in the paper pattern and to smell this awful aroma from this room; she begins to imagine a real person who is trying to shake the wallpaper to get out. As this figure became more and more real to her, she couldn’t get herself to relax and sleep at night which was the intention of being away from home in the first place. Was that house really did have mysterious vive that she was feeling? Was that Yellow room really has a ghost that was trying to come out? Was that figure she was seeing really tried to communicate with her? What really happened in this house? Or was it all just in her imagination being that she is already loosing her mind even before she came to this place. Cooped up away from the world and not being able enjoy the fresh air can drive someone to craziness. Being away from a child that you gave birth to and not being to spend quality time with him can drive someone to craziness. Locked up away in a room that has this awful color and smell alone can drive someone to madness. And being alone, not being able to talk to someone or even your own husband who is away all the time can drive someone who is already emotionally disturbed to a deeper hole. However, as far as actually seeing things on the wall that might keep awake at night can be extreme for an average person to comprehend. Peoples often wonder about a person who seems to see things that are not there. Which one person can not relate to if one has not experienced anything that is unnatural or supernatural. Being able to see or hear things that out of this world seem to be unheard of for an ordinary person. There have been so many cases shown on the television in last decade about a mother drowning their young children in the bath tub or about a woman shaking her three month child to death, then when they go to court and pled insanity. They convinced their selves that it is the direct cause of “Post-Partum”.
