I am asking you to enforce the Pet Policy Rule stated in the Walton Crossing Covenant reminding this Unit owner that it’s their responsibility to clean up their pet’s droppings. Further more, as stated in the Covenant “The Association may require the permanent removal of any pet violating this rule upon written notice to the Unit owner”.
