In this case the best solution is that every new person became an own trainer, who is responsible for the new employee, learns how to do something and is in general a tutor for the new person. The coach gets a bonus for his extra (in most cases exhausting) work! Training for sales, communication and presentation should be decentralized, because every country has its own culture and standards and this should be considered.
