Women are often a victim of rape, or might be endangering themselves and/or their baby. If a woman were raped, she wouldn’t want to be forced to have a child that will constantly remind her of the man who violated her. If a woman was unfit to be a mother, then she shouldn’t have a child in the first place. Some women terminate their pregnancies because they do not want children. Women sometimes do not use protection during intercourse because they aren’t thinking of what would they would do if this act resulted with a pregnancy. Some sort of protection is not the best solution to this ever growing problem but it should remain their ultimate decision.
