...n I see it is the older generations of people who are dead set against gay marriage, and I feel this is the reason. Religion was much more important in past generations then it seems to be now. I don’t feel that someone who has grown up believing one thing their whole life, is open much to a new idea or believing in something that he/she was never taught to believe in. Homosexuality should not be looked down upon. People, whatever sex they may be, have the right to be happy with one another however they choose do so. Who are we to deny them that? Love should not be about what sexuality you are, what color your skin is, or what religion you were brought up in. It’s about love, and that is the way it should remain.
