The overall goal of this analysis is to identify major causes of the breast cancer, since the events leading to breast cancer remain unknown in all but a small minority of cases, and to achieve exact policy on prevention by goals aimed at decreasing abortions and expanding state eligibility for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. This analysis suggests the policy options as providing safe and free contraception, providing state budget funding for breast cancer research and prevention, and improving economical condition within the state. Breast cancer is not only a physical disease, but it is also a psychological trauma. Even though women survive they get the risk of losing breast, which makes them unbeautiful, which is one of the greatest disasters for them.
