Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to sound like a jerk, I think it’s great for us to help countries in need, but don’t let it come between what really needs to be done. Just the other day I saw a woman on CNN and she was like “ It’s not our duty to find out what Iraq’s doing, were so concerned about our own interests here in America that we have forgotten about the thousands of people who could die in Iraq”. Give me a break lady, I don’t know where you’ve been living but I see plenty of people here in America that need our help way before we start worrying about the Iraq’s. Does anybody realize that Iraq could be making nuclear weapons? Who cares who’s hungry when the nukes come, hunger will be the last of our worries. Which brings me to my next point, if war does break out who has our backs? The UN, I don’t think so. If a war breaks out with Iraq you can go ahead and bet your bottom dollar that we won’t get any help from the UN. We are the UN. In case you haven’t noticed, countries such as Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, and Indonesia are in the UN. Now what in the hell do these countries possibly have to offer us? The answer is nothing, and the funny thing is, we aren’t even in charge of the UN. We simply need to say thanks but no thanks to the UN, and form our own posse with countries we can benefit from such as England, France, and possibly Japan. The past few years, America has been looking soft. Every time something major has gone down, we have sat back and done investigations and talked to this person and talked to that person, well that needs to end. The only way we're going to stop all this madness is to go in like a bunch of crazed animals. Look at Reagan back in 86’, Moammar Ghadaffi was trying to be a tough guy, going around blowing disco’s up and liquefies a few hundred kerds, and what did Reagan do? He didn’t just sit back and do an investigation, or say words of encouragement on the six o’clock news, no sir, he sent a bomb right through the guys bedroom ceiling, killed his maid, his nephew, and his son and we haven’t heard from him since.
