...icide. There is a positive and a negative to each and every one, there are successful and not succesful examples in each category. If the person was to go to college, that would effect the persons, time, future salary, current salary and mentality. The reason the effect took place was due to the fact that the participant was attemping to accredit themselves to a higher level, in which in todays society a degree is almost worth more than the paper it's written on. IF the participant was to join the armed forces, that would effect the person by relocation, training, lifestyle, persons life cycle. The effect that took place here was the transfer of a civilian to the government side. After the participant joins the services, they're immediatley immersed in responsibility to defend their country, and in that they put their lives on the line every day. Until approximatley 20 years ago anyone could just leave high school enter the workforce and make a decent living regardless of education. Yet in todays society a bachelors degree does not cut it sometimes. The cause of someone not attending a higher learning institution may underly in the financial aspects of one's life, yet college is a good debt to aquire as long as one finishes. The negative outcomes of not attending college are tremendous, first the persons mind does not take advantage of its full use potentials.
