In public schools, children are taught a wide variety of classes. Public schools are regulated by the state on what they can and can not teach so every public school within a state will for the most part have the same criteria. So, if you are transferring from one public school to another you would most likely be able to catch up rather quickly because all public schools in a certain state teach the same criteria. Transferring from one private school to the next would be much harder because they have no law telling them what they can and can’t teach.
