Differences between Chinese & Western culture

Western culture is outstretched, extraversion culture, to some extent, individual is the center of all, individualism is the most important value; the other way round, Chinese culture emphasizes collectivism, almost everything is society-oriented, people under the influence of this culture should treat the need of society and other people as more important things than that of their own.
