It is on ground floor of historic building so should spend more money on renovation. It is 330 sq. metres so too large for the fast food. The rent is more high about ₤520 per week. The main disadvantage is that it is a high crime rate area and the shops that are on it has been broken and vandalised. ƒÜ The advantages of Site B: It is on corner in the city centre. And it is a new building in excellent condition. Because it near the police station, it is a low crime rate area. The rent is not too expensive about ₤350 per week. There are 2000 estimated customers now. ƒÜ The disadvantages of Site B: No car parking for customers but it is on the unrestricted street.
