Indeed, wherever people treat each other as object, things, or animals, or consider each other as reflex machines or only cause-effect phenomena, there is not social interaction. Such interaction may comprise a system; it may be organized, controlled, or regimented. It is not, however, social as I am using the term. Four types of social interactions : i) Person to Person : This may include a person conversing with another person , writing him a letter ,or talking to him on phone , the basic flow of communication if from one person to another ii) Person to group : there are many instances of a person interacting with a group for example , a professor lecturing his class, a general briefing his soldiers etc iii) Group to group : the interaction on a group to group basis may include two governments from different countries initiating a dialogue or two groups of friends seeking a solution to a conflict. iv) Individuals and groups interacting with the culture: this interaction involves a person knowing about and adopting traits of his culture The following are the 10 kinds of social processes i) Competition ii) Corporation iii) Conflicts iv) Accommodation v) Assimilation vi) Communication vii) Social evaluation viii) Social deviancy ix) Social control x) Accultration Communication: The act of exchange of thoughts, messages, or information as by speech, signals, writing or behaviour. The art and technique of using words effectively and with grace in imparting one's ideas. Communication includes writing and talking, as well as nonverbal communication(such as body language) Social Evaluation: Social Evaluation is related with culture and values of the members of society. It is the assesment of society, its values, traditions and ways. It also checks wether the social norms are really "norms". Social Deviency is the worst type of social [rocess.
