Growth hormone was given for one year with poor response. Results of the endocrine studies performed during the first year of life are presented in the below mentioned table. Laboratory tests demonstrated normal blood and urine electrolytes, normal plasma glucose levels, and normal kidney and liver functions. At age of three years patient underwent vaginopalsty. The intensivest found it very difficult to be extubated postoperatively. She remained on respirator for three weeks and ended up with severe subglotic stenosis with circumferential bronchial stricture. The patient underwent tracheostomy and later on tracheoplasty.
