Legal Factors A legal Factor can affect the production of Coca-Cola products are the restrictions on the chemicals that are allowed to be used by Coca-Cola. It is very important that Coca-Cola specify what factor that the drink product they are selling is. Equal opportunities legislation All marketing communications must conform to equal opportunities legislation-there should be no discrimination by gender, race or disability. This can cause difficulties for a business that is targeting a particular market segment 2.
